The crew worker efficient and bent over backwards to see my wishes were completely satisfied. They even logged and stacked the wood for me at each campsite, mulched up the branches for my flower gardens, and did it all with smiles on their faces. :) On another job, they rescued my glass green house from a fallen tree. With creative thinking they saved my greenhouse for further disaster. Pictures are on their facebook page. :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

With the extreme heat, I didn't really go out and look things over right away. Later, I found a few areas I wasn't completely satisfied with, so I called Mike and he was more than happy to come out and do more! It's difficult to call a contractor and express a disappointment, but Mike understood, was polite, and more than anything, wanted to make it right. Will definitely use Lawrence Tree Service in the future.

Mr. Ortiz and his crew arrived early, spent time cutting back the overgrown branches and select branches from another tree growing over our fence. They cleaned up immediately. Very friendly and professional. Will recommend Ortiz Tree Service to anyone looking to have their trees trimmed. In fact, my neighbor saw them and asked if they would be able to cut their tree branches over hanging their fence too. They also cut theirs that day after ours. Appreciate them being able to get it finished before work on the deck began in a few days. Value very reasonable! Thank you.

He told me we addressed the stump issue the day prior, which was another lie. He yelled at me in front of his entire crew when I called him out on his lies and got right in my face at my doorstep. I yelled back and he got upset and stormed off and left for the remainder of the job. Then sent his project manager out to smooth everything over with me a week and a half later because he couldnt be the professional he should be as a business owner. His crew did great work, but as the owner of a business, you shouldn't be treating your customers that way. It didnt matter to him though because i was obligated to pay either way. I will never use browns tree service again and do not recommend you do either. Avoid the headache!
