Moving Being has toured widely in the U.K and Europe including trips to Holland, Germany, and Belgium. In 1977, the company performed at the Royal National Theatre, London. A number of Moving Being's productions have been adapted for television - The Mabinogion (C4/S4C), Tiger Tiger! (HTV), A Natural Selection (BBC Wales) and the company director Geoff Moore is now an independent director in film and television in addition to his work with Moving Being.
In the 1990's, the company concentrated on site specific projects in Cardiff: The Darwin Project at Dyffryn Gardens and St. David's Hall, The Changing Light at the National Museum of Wales, and My Father's House at Insole Court. This year we got to enjoy Shoot/Get Treasure/Repeat at Chapter Arts Centre in which the group of Moving Being actors took seven works from the script's repertoire of 17 playlets alerting audience members to the fact it is not just those in camouflage who feel the suffering as war stealthily infiltrates into the most unsettling places. read more
