And they towed his car for parking in the visitor spot after I explained he wasn't a resident. I didn't know there was a limit on how much someone can visit you here. Living here has felt like a prison. Don't live here because they won't let your loved ones see you at all. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Maybe do your job and address vendors being let in at 5:30am when they should not be, or have courtesy patrol check to make sure these groups have left after hours especially if you have already received several complaints about a specific house. What a joke. I was in property management for over 10 years and this is not how a community should be run.

In my email I wasn't even arguing the fact that, because of wear and tear some of our deposit would be kept. That is only fair and I am honorable so I didn't mind that. But more than 50%?! if that was the case, I would not have paid for professional cleaning and replaced all of the lightbulbs, filters, patched up all the holes and touched up the paint. Because the 60% of my security deposit would've covered all of that. This saddens me because we had a great relationship with our landlord. We even had a great relationship with the prior property management. You guys only started managing the properly about a year in our last six years and the experience was not a great one.
