Worst customer experience ever…read more They withdrew money from the booking many times over and check-in bagage we payed for not registered with the airline. We spent 14 calls (!) with their terrible phone service - days and days of being redirected to different department in Indian call centres. Nothing was fixed and we are still waiting for bagage refund and the many many funds for additional bookings they charged us for. This company is a scam.

They told it is because my bank rejected it which is not true as I have called my bank and they have told me that there was a full reversal but not on their end but on travellinks side for no valid reason. It seems to me like they are canceling flight tickets which were bought with a discount and make you buy new tickets without it (as you most likely end up doing as you were expecting your vacation). Second time when I bought my tickets I didn't even need to authenticate myself. It just got immediately trough - This is not okay as someone else could have just stolen my card, enter my credentials and then pay the flights. All in all, very bad experience and I have heard also from others that they have experienced similar things...
