DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! I was looking for a month to month rental in Ukiah earlier this year and this was the only place I found available at the time. They only post ads on Craigslist (sketchy as hell) and very unresponsive to all your questions and requests. They are notorious for high deposit which you will never see the full amount when you move out regardless of a condition. I used a cleaning company and left them a receipt just so I can get my deposit back. Also they don't cancel out your utilities when you move out like other normal property managements do. Why? They want you to pay utility until next tenant moves in. I also requested for a pest control due to ants problems. After multiple requests, i had to take care of it by myself with boric acid. WARNING..do not even waste your time with this company, we applied to rent one of their retail locations. We are beyond. qualified, have excellent credit, great references, tax returns and established businesses that are currently open. They will ask for every little bit of personal information from you and not give you the time of day or space to rent. Not to mention they will not give you a lease but keep you in month to month terms. Be ware they will also make you pay for all building repairs and Maitnance like the re-pavement of the parking lot. They way that this company deals in business is no wonder why their spaces sit vacant for so long. At the end of the day I am HAPPY that the landlord showed his true colors so I won't have to deal with that in the future. read more

I really don't like posting reviews that aren't positive. However, this one I feel really deserves it. They took my $50 application fee but never even let me view the property. Rip Off! Unresponsive to multiple messages. No approval or denial letter or message. They just took my $50 application fee and didn't respond. When I did get someone to answer the phone they were quite terse/rude and told me they accept application fees indefinitely until the property owner tells them to stop --- regardless of whether or not an approved renter has been found. Essentially pocketing application fees they have no intention of even screening. I would caution others based on my experience. Also, manners go a long way when speaking with clients who have paid a $50 application fee. read more
