This review is about the person who owns this business, Brian Howlett, and the way he treats his customers. The person that owns this business, Brian Howlett, is very heartless. But he is more than happy to take the money that's generated from Facebook clicks and his Social Media gravy train. I do not recommend doing business with this "person". He cannot be trusted to treat fairly the people he comes in contact with. He has a Facebook group about dog behaviour that I was a member of, and I had questions and I needed help. I wrote a post and it was posted. And then I edited it twice to further explain the doggy issues. Both times I edited it, my post went under review again. After my second edit, it did not get re-posted, it got deleted. I tried for two days to get assistance from the administrator Brian Howlett, or one of the moderators. No matter how many ways I reached out, I could never get anyone to reply to me. They wouldn't help; and then they banned me. I didn't do anything wrong. I was never rude. I desperately needed help with my dogs, and my questions have been posted by other people in the past exactly the same way, and are still on their page. But for me, they declined and deleted my posts. You would think that an administrator or a moderator would address the glitch because that's what Fb groups are all about. They do not run with no effort whatsoever! All I asked for was help from an admin or a moderator and got nothing, until finally this abuse. They have a Facebook group but they won't even take the time to manage it to the bare modicum. They expect their group to run with NO effort on their part whatsoever? 300,000 members? Here is his response when I asked for help : Please stop harassing me, it is a free facebook group, we can not make 300000 people happy, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Go go (sic) professional help locally or find another facebook group, and never ever call me again. goodbye. Nice.
