I was actually excited after meeting with Roof It Forward. They knocked on our door, spent over an…read morehour walking me through the entire process, and were incredibly convincing and personable. They even helped me call my insurance and assured me they would be present for the inspection. I confirmed again via text the day before, and they reassured me they would be there. On the day of the inspection, they were a complete no show. I called the office and was told that either David or the representative I spoke with would call me back within ten minutes. An hour later, after hearing nothing, I called back to follow up. Not only did no one show up, but no one returned my call either. I eventually received a call back a week and a half later, which I chose not to answer or return. At that point, it was simply too late. I am now working with another company that has followed through on every promise they made.
