He told me the steps they would take. Told me of his reviews and license and accreditation. As he worked, he would take pictures and show me the damage and explained the fix. It did go past my budget, but galvanized pipe used for water lines WILL do that. Better spend it now than have a $200 / month water bill. And he got it all done in one day, working into the dark hours! If I could give a 6th star, I would!

They somehow don't understand our frustrations with their service. If you buy a brand new unit with a warranty, are you expecting to pay hundreds of dollars every year to have them come out repeatedly to fix it? I'm unsure if they are just incompetent at this point or they don't fix it on purpose in order to have repeat business. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them if they were the only company on earth. I'd suggest buying window units and installing them before I'd reccomend them. I'd also like to add, I noticed they don't reach out to those who leave bad reviews, they only tell those that leave 5 star reviews thank you. The only 5 stars they recieved are from people who use them for their plumbing service. So I guess they have good plumbers. Just trying to save others the hassle, time, and money, because not all heroes wear capes.

She was professional and friendly. The plumbers came when they were supposed to. They worked in both my kitchen and my bathroom. They were friendly, worked quickly, got their job done, and best of all didn't in my opinion over charge us. After they left, we discovered a small issue in the bathroom. It wasn't serious but we called their number and let them know. The Plumbers came back within an hour and fixed it. (no charge of course) We haven't had any issues since. But I didn't expect to. I would definitely use Dependable in the future. I am so happy with what they have done.

When the toilet is…read moreflushed or the shower is used, water/sewage waste is accumulating on the ground, on top of the sewage tank. I called Blue Frog Plumbing Services, in Little Rock. I explained to "Chris" in great detail that I have a "sewage" leak and I do have a septic tank. I asked, "Do you work on Septic Tanks and outside sewage drains?" He said yes, we sure do. I asked him about getting a free estimate. They sent out a plumber, who called me. He said, "Mam, I'm the plumber from Blue Frog. This is a problem with your septic tank. We don't work on Septic tanks." My response, "I know it is a septic leak. There is sewage on the ground. Do you know of a reputable company that works on Septic tanks?" He gave me a name of a Septic Service company. I called Jay's Septic Cleaning.... I told Jay exactly where the underground septic tank was located. The following day, I received a call from Chris, @ Blue Frog Plumbing. He told me that he got a phone call from a man who is searching for my septic tank! OMG! I told him I hired a man to come out and drain the Septic Tank, per your plumber's recommendation. Chris, told me to hold on. He came back a few moments later and told me that one of Blue Frog's Plumbers was at my property and he would have him call me! (This situation goes on from bad to worse)! Well, the Blue Frog Plumber, also named Chris informed me that it would cost me $75 for him to show "Jay" the owner of Jay's Septic Services, where my Septic Tank is located. * "Water and Sewage was laying on the ground above the Septic Tank." Then he told me that most likely one of the field drain pipes were clogged. He and Jay would dig out the Septic Tank, then drain, flush and inspect the "field lines" where the sewage drains into the ground. The cost, $700. I explained that I really cannot afford that much. He said that I could use a &50 coupon. I paid the $650 and now, a week later, I am having the same problem. Sewage waste on the ground, on top of the septic tank. I asked Chris at Blue Frog to please send someone out. His response: This is a new problem. I asked to speak with the owner. I was told that he is not available. After several hours I called back and Chris immediately transferred me to the office manager. She told me that my "plumbing problem has been fixed." No, we are not going to send anyone else out. I asked, " Has Adam Priest (the owner) been informed that I requested a call back?" She advised me that yes, he had." I told her at that point and time that I expect you to repair the problem of sewage leaking on my yard and it is exactly the same place as before! If I don't get some resolution or my money back I will be speaking to an attorney. The office manager told me that I need to call another plumber. If I call back again, my calls will be transferred to her directly and that I am no longer a customer. I sure hope that my review will certainly help others from being ripped off. I am 65 years old so this is targeted towards the Elderly. I am following up with a formal complaint to the Attorney General.
