Ripped off again this Mt. Mike pizza. I reported another horrible about this restaurant not too long go but wanted another try today. As the deal, $6.99 plus tax for a surprise bag. The waitress handed me a triangle to go box with exactly 5 mini cut slices of pepperoni pizza. I asked her if she thought these worth $6.99 plus tax, she replied yes and stated that there are 5 slices. I shook my head and left. This will be the last try at this restaurant and I strongly recommend against any customer who want to try Too good to go deal here. read more

This was a great place for a last minute birthday celebration. Fully remodeled and lots of Large screen TVs for the sports fanatics..The kids loved the claw machines and games. They were so happy when they won candy and stuffies from the machine where most places you don't win anything. The only downside is they had cowards in the machine and my granddaughter won three of them but they had no value on them so it was just for show. The food was good. Very fast service. One star because zero is not an option). We are a nonprofit organization ordering pizza for school students one week before the Thanksgiving holiday. We ordered ten boxes of pizza through Too Good To Go. We fully understand that these orders are supposed to be leftover items, but every other shop we have worked with in the past has provided much better quality than what we received here. The pictures speak for themselves. The condition of the pizzas was shockingly poor and honestly beyond description. Our students are not picky, and they still enjoyed the treat because we did not let bad food ruin our holiday celebration. But I feel obligated to file this complaint because when I placed the order I specifically told them the pizzas were for school students. And yet, this is what we were given. The worst part was the attitude. When I called to let them know, the response I got was "you ordered from Too Good To Go, what do you expect?" The customer service was terrible this time. My brother tried to order two pizzas with a coupon. He asked beforehand if the coupon applied to both the pizzas and they lied that it did. After confirming with the manager, it was her mistake and apparently it could apply the same coupon onto the two pizzas. They reimbursed with cash but calculated it wrong and have the wrong amounts. She shorted my brother and it took over 5-10 minutes to prove that her math was wrong as she blamed on it the system. Basically one pizza was discounted and one was full price, it was suppose to be two pizzas both discounted with the coupon. it was a simple difference in the price for a refund but it was difficult for her to calculate it. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I was hosting a pool party for my child's birthday, and my husband went to pick up our pizza order while I stayed back with the kids. The order was paid for in advance, yet they refused to give it to him. Instead, he was met with rude and disrespectful behavior, not just from one employee, but the overall environment was unprofessional and hostile, even towards other customers present that witnessed. Shockingly, the man working accused my husband of fraud, canceled our order after we had already been waiting over an hour, and made no effort to resolve the situation. I was forced to leave the party we were hosting to drive there myself and demand that the order be remade. Showed proof that WE were the ones that placed the order and paid for it. This situation was completely unacceptable, and it was clear the individual had no respect for us as customers, or as people. His behavior was not only discriminatory, but deeply offensive. We chose this place because it was our neighborhood pizza spot, but never again. I'll be making sure others are aware of what happened because no one deserves to be treated this way. Mtn. Mike's has AMAZING customer service and convenient parking. The toppings were generous and fresh and the pizza dough was cooked just right (sorry I took my pic with the boxes closed).
