I walked in and ordered a small pie. It was ready in 15 mins. The only person that seemed to be there was friendly and sweet. The music was low and the tv's were on. The pizza is a thicker pizza than I prefer. I got beef topping with cheese and it was okay. This is due to my personal preference of thinner dough. I placed an order online, I didn't get an email. When I called 20 minutes after my order they told me they'd just received it. We finally resolved my order issues is was 1/2 an hour after my original order it. I told them I was feeding small children and need my order ASAP. It was our first time here after driving all the way to Guy's in Banning only to find out from a sign on the door that the restaurant was completely closed from Christmas Eve through January 3rd. Getting an Individual Salad from the Salad Bar resulted in a desirable complex salad with expected multiple ingredients, and a good, thick Bleu Cheese Dressing but the Italian Dressing looked thin and anemic, and $8.99 for a side salad seems pricey to me. The large specialty pizzas served here are also rather expensive. I paid $27.99 for a Large The McKinley. It bristled with Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Green Bell Peppers, Red Onions and Diced Tomatoes; the Classic Red Sauce was just saucy enough; and the doughy crust was cooked perfectly to not be too crisp or too soggy, and not burned at all. My pizza was also slightly greasy, in a good way. But, fair warning, the Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, and Red Sauce were all noticeably spiced up. My pizza also oozed with cheese, to the point that Diane thought her order of Extra Cheese on a Large plain Cheese Pizza wound up on my pie instead of hers. I don't know whether such a mistake occurred or not, but I was pleased with how my selection came out, and she thought her pie was just okay. Booth seating was comfortable, and available silverware is fine, but there is only counter service here, and I prefer the ambiance of a sit-down restaurant with waiter service even for a pizza parlor. It took me a dinner and two lunches at home to finish my pie, and it tasted just as good reheated in an oven (not a microwave) as when initially brought to the table. The meat-centric Pikes Peak and The Everest on the menu favorably caught my attention, so I may well be back for a different tasting experience. read more

Hi! I came in today to order a medium pizza and salad. I was a little put off by the young lady that took my order. I had requested a second ranch for my salad. That didn't seem to be a problem but when my Togo order was ready I saw how small the ranches were so I asked for another ranch and that I would pay for it, no problem speaking to the other young man that was with her. She seemed to have a problem with me getting another ranch which I didn't understand why?! Specially since I was paying for it. Your small salads are big and those 2 small ranches were not gonna be enough. Before I got the 3rd ranch she was closing up the bag and I told her no, so she could put the 3rd ranch in there also. She still looked confused and I feel the young man was trying to explain to her. So, as I was walking out I could hear her telling him that I had already had 2 ranches. And that just hit me wrong! I almost turned around and said something back but I thought best to just keep walking!. I'd checked the website prior to walking in which confirmed the establishment was open until 9:30. When we attempted to order I had issue with the menu screen; I'd been dealing with dry eyes and realized at thet time that I couldn't clearly read the menu options. At this time my husband asked the associate if there was an alternate menu available as noticed me struggling to read the menu screen. The associate said no; She practically hollered: THAT IS THE ONLY MENU. I was shocked! I responded to her by saying: Jeez, sorry! she responded: that's ok. I shook my head utterly shocked that she spoke to us this way. In addition she offered no solution or help. My husband chose a pizza and I told him I wanted A beer with my pizza. As my husband asked what kind of beer Id like, she annoyingly asked if we were wanting to eat and drink there. My husband said, yes. She said: we are closing at 9:00. He didn't hear her and he asked her to repeat herself. She responded: Didn't you see me cleaning the tables? We are trying to close. She then said that we could place our order to go and drink our beer while we waited. We declined since the whole point of having pizza and beer is having it together., We recently dined in at the Highland location where we were treated wonderfully. It was quite a let down after all the hype and pictures of delicious looking pizza in ads and online. The pepperoni wasn't even cooked. It was cold and grayish, and not one bit crispy and slightly oily, the way pepperoni should be on a pizza. The chicken one, even though there were a plethora of toppings on it which was nice, had almost no flavor. I was disappointed to say the least. First off I'm never the type to leave negative things but it's really not worth the price 25 dollar small 10 slice pizza that tasted like Degornos frozen dough. Oil was crazy if I had to say one good thing was the sausage was tasty I'm Not going to lie. Overall place was dirty the games they have available for the kids are a rip off sticky floors and dirty restroom. I received a promotion for a large pepperoni pizza, 2 liter of soda and choice of salad/bread sticks/churros for $25. Came in and the employee (no name tag) young Indian girl no smile, rude and looked miserable. I let her know about the promotion I wanted to order with churros. She gave me a nasty attitude and said it says salad. I showed her the email I received and she reached for my phone like I was lying to her.
