Evan answered the phone even though they were not technically open for another 45 minutes. Was at the greenhouse last week.Went into the perenial house to look for a specific plant.The owner…read moreand an employee were in a conversation at the desk in the perenial house.they did not acknowledge the fact that I had entered the building.Looked around the building and was very surprised at the condition and scarcity of the plants , most of which I would have composted.As I left the building the owner still did not acknowledge my presence.I worked retail for over 30 years and the customers are who pay your bills and keep your business going.Just a smile would have been good.There was very few staff working that day .The staff who worked for Case and Imelda were great.Always very helpful and always pleasant.New staff do not appear to care if you are there to spend your money or not.I have been a longtime customer at Georama,but am so disappointed with the whole experience last week that I will spend my time and money now where people actually care if you are there to support their business.So sad to see things come to that.
