Once I'm finally able to get in touch with them again, I will likely be canceling my order with them and taking my business elsewhere. Huge waste of time.

It was perfect! I read the review from Pam that was 1-star and can't believe the gull of people! You have to provide materials; Pine is different from Oak, which is different from Redwood, and how does any business quote without exactly knowing what the customers wants? Shame of Pamela for leaving a negative review for an honest and good local business. My experience was positive, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The guy smokes in his shop (wood absorbs cigarette smoke) and was also spitting chaw on the floor while we were talking. As a fellow veteran, decided to cut him some slack and give him a chance. Second encounter, he was extremely rude and was upset I stopped by without texting (previously didn't answer calls or text) before coming by his open door shop at 2pm... because I "Interrupted his lunch". My fault for not walking away at that point. Gave him 6 weeks to do a CNC project, which I was told I was second in line. 6 weeks later and nothing completed. He dosent communicate, nor does he realize his text show they've been viewed, only to be ignored. 6 weeks and nothing completed. Only blaming everyone else for his shortfalls. He even threatened to destroy the frame I dropped off for the project instead of just giving me my wood back and ending the transaction. Was in the process of calling law enforcement before he decided to give me my stuff back. The absolute worst encounter I've ever experienced. Avoid this man. No idea how he is in business.

Having previously contracted Mr. Sanchez for another project, a custom "no soliciting" sign, which I was very pleased with, I presented my case to Mr. Sanchez exclaiming that all other vendors I had attempted to negotiate this service with would not have the product turned around in time for the ceremony. I apologized for the short-fused request. He accepted the challenge, asked me several questions to work out the details of material, measurements and aesthetics. He had a draft turned around within 12 hours, and by next morning It was done. Result: "OUTSTANDING" He not only captured every detail, but chose materials and texture that I had not accounted for, which added a "pop" to complement the rest of the artifacts associated with the member's service. A job well done Mr. Sanchez! You are now "my guy" that I will be referring to for all matters engraving! Regards, Ramon Cuevas
