Make sure you get the right guy - we showed up and one of the crew suggested a way more tedious and time consuming way to do it which would cause us to waste all the oil we have and having to buy new oil.Thankfully the right person came by and told us he knew how to do it otherwise . Less than $25 for the filter change. The nice touch is they gave my husband a free stalk of carnation to bring home :)

Literally. I tried to open the door from the inside and the handle just came loose and pieces fell out. I called Sunnyside and told them what happened. My information was taken and I was told I would be contacted. A week and a half later I got tired of waiting and called them again. There was no apology or regret for not contacting me. I told them what happened and was told it would cost me about $250 to get it fixed. I don't like confrontation so I didn't start a big argument about their culpability. If you go to Sunnyside Automotive be prepared to make a big deal about things to be treated fairly because they take advantage of people like me. They definitely don't stand behind their work. Unfortunately on our way home about 200 miles out we had same issues. We called Kabrina and she called a shop ahead of us in Boise who got us in and found the new sensor faulty.
