WARNING - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I hired this company to…read morehelp me launch my small business. They started with created my logo, then my business cards and then my Facebook fan page and everything was wonderful. Then I gave them the opportunity to develop my website and it went all downhill from there. Kristin outsourced my website to an inexperienced coder who jacked up my site. She kept making promises that my website would launch and then she'd notify me last minute the website wasn't going to launch as promised. She did that 3 times and all the time in-between she refused to give me status updates or communicate with me and for weeks she refused to tell me what the real problem was with my website until I threaten to take legal action. Kristin knew I had a big business event coming up and less than 48 hours before the event she sent me an email late at night saying they're terminating our agreement and giving me my website "as is". I sell products online and she gave me a website that didn't have a working shopping cart! I had to frantically find a new developer to finish the website before the big event and shell out an additional $600 to get the work done that Kristin promised to do and never did. This company is not ethical, nor do they care about their clients. I trusted them to build my website and help me launch my dreams of starting my own business and after working with them for 4 months they took my money and gave me a non-working website! Do not be fooled! I lost a lot of sleep, time and money with these people and I hope no one fall victim to what I had to go through. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Many web designers have a knowledge only of the creative side of web design, but not the…read moretechnical/marketing side of things. With the drag and drop page builders available today, web designers are quickly becoming really uneducated on the technical side of things. This knowledge separates the good from the great because designers without knowledge in programming/marketing leave gaping holes in the functionality of a website. Which will affect your ability to get results in the long run. I do SEO for a living and have worked with Pia on multiple projects. Her team is actively learning about speed, security, and SEO concepts that should be considered while building a website. The prettiest website in the world isn't going to grow their traffic if it is missing a SSL certificate, if it is slower than 3 seconds, and if Yoast SEO hasn't been installed and optimized for all your major pages. These are all basics that should never be neglected. Sadly the majority of websites (about 75-85% of websites) that I end up working on suffer from at least 1 of these 3 major issues. These are things that your web designer at a minimum should make you aware of and have people to refer your too if it falls outside their service offerings. Otherwise you are getting handed a pretty product that won't perform the way it should. A web designer must be able to work with different media types to add sound, sliders or video to web pages. Pia is constantly brushing up on new design trends (which I don't really care about as a analytical professional, but I know clients do and it can help with getting conversions). An extra skill set that great designers have is content writing, making them able to design the whole page from scratch, and not just pieces of it. Pia has a team of writers, project managers, and more to help with the extra tasks that should be considered and managed. And best of all, she practices what she preaches, fingerprintmarketing.com is ranked #1 on average for web maintenance/website maintenance related keywords. All these things should be common sense for web designers, I was once a web designer and overtime I specialized in SEO because I got tired of clients with beautiful websites that weren't getting traffic. If you hire a web designer and they make no effort to teach you about marketing and SEO, you should reconsider hiring Pia instead. You will get a much better ROI on your investment and get more eyeballs on your new beautiful website/brand.

I am a new client and small business owner for Washington State Investigators, located in Seattle, WA. When I decided to get some assistance with SEO, I researched local SEO companies. As an investigator, my job is to separate fact from fiction or opinion. My goal was to find a company I could reach out and touch, who was local, had top ratings on BBB and other sites, was listed in the top of all search engine pages viewed using different key words. I let the facts present themselves and Verti Group International or SEO Seattle was the best choice according to my research. I've only been a client of Verti Group for a couple months and want to say, this is one of the best business decisions I've made. They have been thorough in explanation of our agreement, defining realistic expectations about the services Verti Group can deliver as a high ranking SEO company with Google. But, Verti Group must work within the guidelines or parameters Google sets forth not to break any rules which will have a negative effect on a client's website. Verti Group continues to deliver expert advice and makes excellent recommendations on how we should proceed. Verti Groups actions have resulted in positive ranking position yielding positive results to my website and phone call volume. I look forward to a long and beneficial working relationship with Verti Group or SEO Seattle as my go to SEO marketing services company. Sincerely, Wolfgang G. Washington State Investigators

While the process was initially cumbersome and time consuming, we were eventually able to strike an agreement. Mr. Freid requested I modify the boiler plate contract he originally sent me, which I did. He then passed it off to another partner, who approved it and returned it to me signed a few days later. Then, several hours later - I received another email from the same associate rescinding the contract, citing a miscommunication between him Mr. Freid and "fundamental changes to the ranking promises David made in his proposed contract." He also stated that he felt it was "best to not pursue this relationship any further" and apologized again for the confusion and miscommunication. I have invested at least 10 hours into this project of getting to this point with this company where we actually have a signed agreement, only to be told they don't want to do business with me at all. As a small business owner, time is money. I view all of my time spent on any business related matter as an investment of my time. I respect that businesses must do what makes sense for them, but there is little excuse for the type of time wasting that I experienced with this company. I am so grateful that I didn't actually send them any money!
