They were very friendly and professional, and helped me rent a BMW F800R for a 3 day trip to Nuremberg and back. They provided insurance, helmets, and luggage cases, but you'll have to bring your own safety gear like gloves and jacket. I highly recommend working with Frank and his colleagues if you are visiting Berlin and want to rent a motorbike to enjoy the beautiful countryside and autobahn experience!

Within seconds of driving a scooter from this establishment it was clear the BREAKS DID NOT WORK. I was almost killed and nearly missed an incoming car within seconds of using the scooter. The bike dropped on its side. This establishment was nothing but hostile in their reaction. They charged the maximum deductible for the insurance I bought. They also charged us for the time we didn't even get to use for both scooters. This place should be avoided.

I had requested the Vespa for two days, instead the owner said, "possibly, check in tomorrow." When I woke up the next day I received an email stating, "bring the Vespa in right now!" When I brought it in, it had been 26 hours, and they took the keys, charged me for 2 full days and physically intimidated me when I asked for a refund of the second day. He also threatened to call the police on me for bringing it "late." Everyone in Berlin has been so nice and professional, unless you want to do business with two aggressive thugs, go ANYWHERE else. The prices are so low because they will steal from your deposit and it will cost you more than any other place. I wish I could leave no stars.
