Capable mechanic with loads of experience and an honesty which inspires confidence. No teeth sucking and "Oh that'll cost you" with this guy. Six weeks after I bought the bike I brought it to be serviced at Motoden. Turns out, the bike that I had bought was faulty with extreme dangerous wear and tear and the garage that I purchased the bike from declined to take any responsibility. As a student, the bill I was faced with shortly after purchasing the bike was enough to make me cry! Motoden saved the day. It took a few days for me to try to sort out the warranty and speak with the other garage, but Motoden stored my bike while I attempted to sort the problem. When the garage declined all responsibility, Motoden helped me to sort my bill so that it was far more manageable. I am so grateful to know a company like Motoden as they were extremely supportive throughout this awful process and without them I probably would have thrown by scooter away! I wish that I had bought a new bike from them. All of the staff are always customer focused and knowledgeable. I could not be more appreciative to have a company like Motoden on my side.
