I went to stay at the La quinta across the street because it was so dirty in every room. They are keeping my money because they said I never checked out and had somone else staying there in the room! Crazy. I flew into town last minute for my dad's heart surgery, no one stayed in the for extra days! They will not give me a refund! Do NOT GO THERE! DO NOT SEND YOUR EMPLOYEES THERE! These pictures have no justice. The rooms look nothing like what's on the website. Incident I have to share. I have been locked out of my room three times in one day. I came back my second night and found out they changed my locks. Did not bother to tell me. So I went to the office. The person at the desk had an attitude. She said I was lying. Refused to change my cards or figure out a solution. So I was was not happy. She demanded an apology. i refused because this was not my fault. So she called the police on me. Five police cars showed up. ( waste and abuse of the 911 system). So it was stressful and demeaning to me. I just wanted to get in my room. I'm talking to my lawyers tomorrow and want to sue for defamation of character. There was no need for all of this drama. Going to post every place I am able. Good day read more

I went to check in early evening, due to power outage. Paid 132 which included their deposit. Went to room 152 and it smelled so bad of cat urine. Went to the office and was given another room 167. The MF'er had dirty blankets, a broken AC unit, and smelled of cat pee too. Went back to the front desk and "Kat" said all I can do is give you a refund. Okay. I asked for a refund receipt and she refused!! Said she couldn't until the room was looked at the next day. But, I wasn't staying. The receipt shows I checked in today and checking out tomorrow. The entire room positively reeked of smoke and was absolutely filthy. Grime was caked into the sink, the bathtub, and other surfaces. Not sure the last time it got wiped down was but it did not feel recent. The weekly housekeeping when I was there consisted of bringing new towels and emptying one of the trash cans. They left my door ajar when they left. To add to the disappointment, I booked this room because the photos on hotel.com showed a lounge chair which there was not. The staff is awesome! The hotel itself, not so much! Imagine the 1980's threw up and this place came out. Old tv' switch fuzzy pictures, remotes that do not work, showers with little to no water pressure, and the laundry machines are a total ripoff! $2.50 to wash & $2.50 to dry (except it takes like $9.00 to dry a load because the machine will only run for 20 minutes at a time!). I was here with 20 guys from. Koch plant crew and I have to say the La Quinta across the street would have been a better choice! read more

I had reserved a room for 2 nights. We stayed the first night and then woke up the next morning to go to work. When we got back to the room our key was not working. I go down to the office and the guy had an attitude and says here try this one. I walk back to the back side of the motel where our room was and it still didn't work. I made the trip to the office SEVEN times trying to get a key to work. At that point I was pissed and just wanted our stuff out of the room. I had to call the police and once they arrived he magically got the door open. I told him I wanted an invoice showing we only stayed the one night and he said NO you stayed after 11:00am checkout so it will be both nights. I guess I was supposed to skip work and stay at the motel to check our keys every 5 minutes. After about a week I was FINALLY able to get ahold of Sonia the manager and she stated she would not give the refund. read more
