If you use the published address of 17 quai des Chartrons for your GPS, as we did, you will be about a 1/2 mile down the road to the south. Just head for the new bridge (the Pont Jacques Chaban-Delmas) and look opposite for the 5 hangar buildings with outdoor awnings and walkways, turning left after the end of the span if crossing from the Bastide-Brazza neighborhood opposite. Access to each of the stores is along the walkways only. There is plentiful parking in well marked lots. If your GPS was published before the bridge opened in 2013, as ours was, you will be led to the Pont de Pierre bridge, which is now a route for BUSES and BIKES only. We accidentally drove over it and no one seemed to notice or care! Although the Gien shop will not pack and ship your purchases, as some of the UK outlets will (Stoke-on-Trent), the staff will wrap your purchases, free of charge, in polystyrene sheets layered with cardboard, and over-wrapped in paper. I noticed flattened cardboard shipping boxes under the table used for the wrapping of purchases, but since I traveled by plane with two empty carryon suitcases for my purchases, I did not have need to inquire of them.
