Second, he was rude to me when I was confused over who I would be paying and mockingly asked "why do you have your card out you do not need that". Third, as I was walking out he asked that I give him five stars, which I would have if he deserved it. Which he did not. Finally, my fiancée, who was my backup phone number, gets a phone call from him the next day asking why I left such a poor review so she told him. Keep in mind I am using the same measurement site as XStream uses. The service guy Christian shows up with a new modem, great, we can try that as a solution. He won't hardly speak to me about the issue I have, acting very put off by being here. So I, suggest that we may need a dedicated line for the modem if this doesn't work. Christian doesn't like that I have a suggestion and says so because he knows his job and I know nothing. Forget the fact he tracked mud across my carpet and kitchen floor, His attitude was plain bad. By the way, I am an Engineer in electronics manufacturing and have been in the industry in many areas for a long long time and I do know a few things about modems and what constitutes a dedicated line. I hope I have no further issues and the new modem fixes the speed drop issue. I only want the service I pay for, nothing more, nothing less. I pay for high speed, I expect it.
