I have a love hate relationship with this mall. It is a São Paulo classic and great place to people…read morewatch encapsulating everyone from Botox filled elite to everyday workers grabbing a bite at the food court. I've bought some nice gifts here for others, shipped packages to the U.S. (The FedEx kiosk doesn't charge a ridiculous markup.), and eaten magnificent meals. There are tasty free samples to try and beautiful designer handbags to ogle. The installations in the center courtyard are nice, and the embroidery and wrapping kiosks hidden in a random alley have saved my but. They have ample bike parking and decent froyo. I can't say this place doesn't have its pros. The issue is that the place is just plain over-priced and poorly organized. I don't love any of the higher end Brazilian women's brands that they have there. I prefer many of the shops on/near Oscar Freire for the same price range. Of the very few lower price point stores, they always run out of sizes or try to sell me clothes with defaults or stains. The service isn't ever that attentive to me, probably because I don't get all dressed up to go to the mall like most Brazilians do. Much of the mall feels like it is in an underground tunnel, and none of the escalators flow easily from the top floor to the bottom floor of the mall. While the uncovered parking area out back is lovely with gorgeous old trees, the other options you are forced to use when it's full are dark and hard to maneuver. Like every other mall in town, I find this place to be a necessary evil at times. In my opinion this particular one is best for eating and a few specialty stops only.

Another problem is that these automatic payment machines do NOT accept all credit cards not issued in Brazil and they do not take cash payments. Be prepared for having to find the parking administration..... that I do not tell you were it is located because U did not find it either. Do yourself a favor and park in the shopping Morumbi parking across the street.

I really like the bookstore inside, which has a wide range of books (including some in English) and even a Lego play area for kids. If you're looking for something more low-key than Morumbi, pop into this place.

I'm used to pay a lot of money for a good quality sushi. Unfortunately this place was not good quality. The tuna had a weird color. It could be the hot ocean water around the area however not appealing. The rice they used to make the sushi. It's not sticky rice it's just regular rice so it was almost impossible to eat. Sushi making requires a sophisticated skill set that is taught in Japan. Although the largest population outside of Japan lives in São Paulo Brazil, they did not manage to transfer the knowledge of of sushi making to this place. Don't waste your money. It is not worth it. I am a sushi connoisseur and will not be back

This is a very classic Shopping Mall in São Paulo. They have…read moreall the clothing stores you can find in other malls, as well as services and other stores. The parking lot is nice, with enough space to accommodate lots of people (can't say the same during Xmas). The decoration is fine, and the mall is very clean. They have three food courts; the biggest have all the fast food chains, the second with a few restaurants like Galleto's, Emporio do Frances and the third with premium mall restaurants. You can find hairdressers, some cafés and only one book store. The reason I didn't give four stars is because they don't have movie theaters here.

My girlfriend (Brazilian) called 14:00 and the lady at the phone said the rings would arrive 16:00 max. My girlfriend went there (far away from her house) to get the rings around 16:00. They screwed up, didn't put the order in the system for the factory the day before. No sorry for the big mistake. My girlfriend went there paying a taxi and back for nothing. No problem! 19:00 it will be here! 19:00 there are no rings. Don't worry! 20:00 is the max!!! 21:00 is the max!!! 21:50 the rings are there! Amazing!!! 1 big screwup with no sorry, 4 false promises. During the waiting another lady from the store makes remarks about a bag from a store my girlfriend is carrying. Amazing that they can still make money with this amateuristic attitude in an expensive mall. Making money must be very easy here.
