Bad experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was ill-equipped, inefficient, and uncommunicative. When I asked questions, I received blank stares. When I returned my paperwork, it sat on the counter where I placed it for 15 minutes even though there were two people behind the front desk doing seemingly nothing. I was in the waiting room for an hour, and I was the first appointment after lunch. I ended up not even seeing a provider because of a state regulation I couldn't fulfill, but I will not be rescheduling my appointment. read more
