Excellent experience!!!!…read more Me and a co worker were in town for business. Found this location nearby and decided to give it a shot. We were seated upon entry. Very welcoming and friendly host. The Service was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The hostess recommended various foods and wines and was very knowledgeable. We ordered based on recommendations. We received breading and oils prior to our appetizers which were magnificent. Our main course options were absolutely mouth watering. I've been to Italy several times and I must say, the dishes were fabulously perfected. We finished our meal with a bottle of wine and then coffee. Overall this was a 100% experience and I highly recommend this location to anyone who's visiting. I will definitely return to this location again when I visit aalborg. Food arrived warm and was super superb.

The meat was tender, perfection on the medium rare as ordered and the home made pepper sauce was really tasteful. If you visit in summertime, find a table in their small and very cosy inner yard. My boyfriend, who is mixed, and his Black teammates have now been waiting over an hour and still haven't received their food. Some of his white teammates even ordered the exact same meal as him and were served first. This also happened yesterday with other players on the team. I can't say for certain why this keeps happening, but seeing the same pattern on two separate days is very concerning and disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place, especially if you're a person of color. I hope management looks into this and ensures all customers are treated fairly.

She brought us the wrong size of wine bottle, and we didn't notice until we had to pay, and confronted her and she got really really impertinent and said:" Well you drank the wine, then it isn't my problem". So we paid, and now just don't really feel like going back. Their pizzas are so great, and I am glutenintolerant so their gluten free pizza is a miracle to me.

The once crowned king of steaks has sadly fallen over the years…read more The prices are double of most places and that comes with a responsibility. Making sure you serve better quality food, and have better service. The salad bar has had sour and slimy corn and a couple other bowls with items that should have been checked. The foie gras was disgustingly overcooked and tasted of nothing. Same goes for my "medium rare" steak without a shade of red in it. There was an olive under my shoe, stains on the knives and forks - overall a sloppy performance from a place that gives you a bill of 1200 kr, the price of a 1-course dinner for two. Go to Fusion and get better meat and a bottle of champagne for the same price. A Hereford Beefstouw used to be the very best in the city, but it seems time is wearing it out.

I would love to try a lot more from their menu - so I'll definitely be back soon. What I also love about this place is that you get a perfect steak to the mere price of 89 kr. - that's really cheap. Some restaurant - not naming any names - have terrible steaks, proadcast themselves as a steak place, and then charges insane prices for something you could have found at the worst place. So go here instead! Btw - I was here with a couple of friends once, and one of them had the nachos - she said the cheese was amazing, so it's not only the steaks!

Service was attentive and sweet. The food itself was nothing special. I would say it was A-OK. Nothing was terrible but nothing was delicious either. The hot food seemed a bit dry and over fried. I would come back, but would probably opt for a la carte next time.

The waiters/waitresses were very serviceminded and we felt welcome and taken care of our entire stay there. The shellfish buffé was shown to be a regular buffé. The cold part consisted of shrimps (unfortunately not chilled enough) crab claws, salad with crayfish tails..a few more salads... The main part consisted of a fish dish, DIVINE blue mussels in a white sauce (everybody lined up for these, and the trays from the kitchen area kept coming continuously!) Unfortunately this was the only seafood there was. The other dishes were salads, potatoes and meat.. The dessert table was a dissappointment too. The dishes are supposed to take you on a tour of Northern Jutland using products from the sea and the farms. Absolutely fantastic products.
