I've had an incredibly positive experience dealing with the team at Morrow's Plumbing TWICE this season - once for a leaking check valve (froze over the winter) and then again for a busted (by tree roots) sump pump ejector line. Both service calls were to a water-access only seasonal cottage. I was able to easily coordinate with Laurie (office) to provide photos of the issue (helping with diagnostics and ensuring the team was prepared to complete the repair on the initial service call) and to schedule a convenient time for the repair to be completed, (she even offered to try and schedule an emergency service) but as I was driving up to meet them, we scheduled a few days out. The tech team (Joe & Jess) were professional, skilled & well prepared - they called ahead the day of, and were already on-site when I arrived. They arrived with all the gear and materials required to "get the job done" and completed the repairs swiftly and with a healthy dose of friendly advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future. Don't call them, had a leaking boiler , showed them where after 2 visits left told me to figure out where it's coming from and call them then. Called , also explained we were changing propane suppliers and needed a couple of supply pipes tape wrapped. Guy. Showed up , took a long look agreed new seals needed to be ordered. Short time later went out to garage nobody's at the house, gone for lunch? 2 min later I go back out and he's flying in the door, says emergency, no charge today, forgot tools ,be in touch. I had a heat pump put in a year and a half ago by Morrows and since day 1 have experienced problems. Their technicians while friendly, were not very experienced on the product and have not been able to fix my problem to date. I had another appointment scheduled for today and when no one showed up, I called to inquire. The owner Kelly called me back 4 hours later to tell me to call another provider. I had called in several times earlier in the year giving them more info on the problem so they could better assess the problem only to now be told, they won't help me. I have now lost my warranty because of them. Terrible service. Terrible people skills. They act like they are the only show in town. DON'T USE!!!! read more

I was very impressed with the repair they performed on my furnace. They found the problem and fixed it. I was worried that the bill would be huge but it was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. read more
