Since that time, I have received only a handful of phone calls (1 incoming call, 6 outgoing calls, 2 answered and maybe 9 brief emails--that's it. Months have passed with little to no communication or meaningful updates about my lawsuit. I was told earlier this week that an attorney would contact me to discuss my email and concerns, but as of October 4th, I still haven't received a single follow-up. This level of disregard for communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. Bailey and Galyen seem to prioritize large settlement cases--if your case isn't a "big fish," it feels like you're pushed to the back burner and forgotten. Clients deserve consistent updates, respect, and open lines of communication. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. A huge disappointment and a waste of valuable time trusting this firm to handle my case responsibly. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism or client care.

What Medication I recalled I was given basically it wasn't in my medical records when was seen at the hospital but I knew I had this certain medication but couldn't find the proof. Well then it dawned on me it had been sent to the previous attorney. So the communication is lacking I know either way I accepted what was offered but I just wish that certain medication would of been found prior to or that information would have been transferred from the previous attorney would of had a different outcome
