Since that time, I have received only a handful of phone calls (1 incoming call, 6 outgoing calls, 2 answered and maybe 9 brief emails--that's it. Months have passed with little to no communication or meaningful updates about my lawsuit. I was told earlier this week that an attorney would contact me to discuss my email and concerns, but as of October 4th, I still haven't received a single follow-up. This level of disregard for communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. Bailey and Galyen seem to prioritize large settlement cases--if your case isn't a "big fish," it feels like you're pushed to the back burner and forgotten. Clients deserve consistent updates, respect, and open lines of communication. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. A huge disappointment and a waste of valuable time trusting this firm to handle my case responsibly. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism or client care.

Well then it dawned on me it had been sent to the previous attorney.
