I had an appointment to go collect my money and he sent me a text about 10 minutes before the meeting to tell me he was stuck in court and couldn't make it that day when he couldn't make it the two days before that also. It was stall, stall, stall. Because he was so unprepared he told the buyers to write a personal check which then stopped by the bank for fraud and I had to wait 10 days to get my money. Who ever heard of someone writing a personal check at a closing - especially for this exact purpose - the buyers got my store but I didn't get paid for 10 days. A franchise fee was to be disbursed and he never did that either. I really can go on and on but in the end he's just a lousy lawyer. DON'T USE HIM. And he mumbles so you don't know what he's saying.
