You are not just an apartment number, you are a community resident and the staff truly wants to help you LIV your best life. Leasing Agent Lane Farrell is an absolute doll. She's always smiling and upbeat and genuinely takes interest in your life. She's always quick to lend a hand and goes out of her way to help you in any way she can. On numerous occasions she's assisted me with maintenance requests for filter changes and routine pest spraying, to personally delivering packages when I am unable to walk and get them! She really is what LIV is all about and makes it her mission to ensure LIV is a pleasant and desirable place to call home. In my almost 12 years at LIV, I have had very few maintenance issues, but when I have, the turn around time has been less than a day. You will be hard pressed to find another community that can match that!! The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and fixes things right the first time. Of course the apartments and amenities speak for themselves. They don't skimp on providing the best appliances, stylish fixtures and state of the art technology for heating/cooling, easy entrance and excellent security. In the time I have lived here I have NEVER witnessed any questionable activities, felt threatened or scared, or had any safety issues. LIV is a nice mixture of families, seniors, students, and working professionals. The diversity is so enjoyable and makes community activities so much more fun. The activities are geared toward everyone. Happy Hour once a month, Yappy Hour for the furry residents, Kid's Club, and numerous fitness activities....these are just a few of what LIV offers to promote community! I don't have children, but if you do, LIV sits in the best school districts in the state; academically and athletically. That's a huge plus for families. LIV is also near many major employers in the Valley such as Intel, Northrop Grumman, and Wells Fargo. LIV is nestled amongst some of the best shopping and dining with new stores and restaurants opening monthly. You can shop at Chandler Fashion and the San Tan Outdoor shopping center and then grab a fabulous meal and catch a comedy show in downtown Historic Chandler. Or, if a quiet night in is what your prefer, LIV's beautiful heated pool and barbecue area located in the maticulously groomed grounds are just steps from your door. I hope this helps you as you look for a place to call home. LIV is a comfortable, caring community where you can feel safe, count on the staff to ensure your needs are met and exceeded, and be stone's throw from exceptional schools, shopping, employers, and terrific dining experiences. Come be my neighbor!! Lane is waiting to help you get moved in!!!

(aka the clowns) in charge. This place has gone seriously downhill with them and downhill fast!! They focus on the petty things, instead of things that matter to the residents. The apts are nice. But the property isn't well maintained. Dog poop everywhere! Dog pee all over the stairs and landings of stairwells. Newer tenants loud during quiet hours, dogs constantly barking. They'll tell you the train isn't that bad. lol ya ok. ITS A TRAIN!! Not only can you hear it, YOU CAN FEEL IT! Shakes the entire apt. It's bad. Quiet time til 8 am but they have landscapers mowing every Friday at 630am, sometimes earlier sometimes later. If you face the courtyard, every conversation echos, along with kids screaming and dogs barking but it's amplified. Happens at all hours, so you better be a deep sleeper. Parking is an absolute joke. They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. We had our apt tested for mold and it came back positive. They send Richard in with a moisture monitor he doesn't know how to use. Guy says he's never seen mold either! What is he don't making these decisions for such a large company. Everything about this place is now a joke.

DO NOT RENT HERE. Exploitative, Dishonest, and Unethical Business Practices…read moreI lived in this apartment complex and experienced firsthand how predatory and dishonest their business practices are, especially when it comes to the return of security deposits. Upon move-out, I was initially charged my entire $900 deposit plus an additional $466 for a full carpet replacement. These charges were completely baseless and seemed to be part of an intentional effort to push renovation costs onto tenants. It wasn't until I began recording calls, compiling video and photo evidence, and asserting my legal rights that they conveniently "reconsidered" and removed the carpet charge, which should never have been there in the first place. Even then, they still kept half my deposit, allegedly for "paint," which I strongly suspect was just another way to squeeze money out of tenants. The apartment was given to me in a disgusting and unacceptable condition at move-in: * Hair in the freezer * Rusted dishwasher * Molded washing machine * Urine stains on the toilet * Bugs in the light fixtures and sink I have video documentation of all of this. There were ongoing maintenance issues throughout my lease. My A/C leaked for a full week before being fixed. The security gate was broken for over 75 percent of my stay with no compensation offered. The leasing office also underwent loud renovations despite being told there were "no plans for renovation" at lease signing, which I also have on video. When I attempted to dispute the false charges, the leasing office gave me the runaround. They referred me to property management numbers that went straight to voicemail, refused to provide anything in writing, and ignored every voicemail I left with no follow-up. Even their so-called "evidence" of the damage, which I requested, was low-quality, blurry, and clearly unreliable. This was a textbook case of malicious compliance. Once I made it clear that I had audio and video recordings of every interaction, including the condition of the unit before and after move-in and move-out, only then did they begin to backpedal. They did not do this out of fairness. They did it because they knew I had the evidence to win in court. They'll likely respond to this review with a PR-friendly line like, "We tried to resolve the issue and reached out to the tenant." This is a lie. I reached out multiple times, left voicemails, and was completely ignored. Now that I've received the partial deposit in the mail, I'm free to share my experience publicly without fear of retaliation. I strongly urge anyone considering moving in here to document everything and prepare to fight for your rights. Or better yet, don't sign here at all. This company preys on people who don't know tenant law and makes the deposit return process a nightmare. Tenants deserve better. *** now that they have responded you can see that they used a PR response.

Very bipolar about this place. Some things are ok while…read moreothers are just completely unacceptable. For one the front office staff does not take me seriously I believe because I am not old.. but as soon as my father is involved stuff gets done and fast . Apparently when your ac goes out and it's 90 inside they can deem the work order as a non emergency. I called at opening and they let the whole day go by only for me to call them and get hit with I have to wait till after the weekend. The baseboards also are peeling causing ants to enter, this too they deemed was a non emergency even after explaining the trails I've been trying to control. With that being said this isn't the first time this has happened with the air and not the first time this apartment has been unlivable.. mind you I'm paying.. I had to take my pets and sleep somewhere else. All of this still not being a priority is absolutely insane to me. Completely inhumane. The office also encourages people to take pictures/videos of residents outside behavior and send it to the office, they emailed saying you can get credited gift cards.. The back patio walls are short enough to see over when you're close the problem is I've caught the same old man walking his dog in the rocks along my wall and peeping over. I've seen him standing outside my gate staring at my dogs which then started barking at him protecting my home, he left when he saw me move the curtain. Mind you there is absolutely no walk way near my home. The cars park 3 feet from my back wall so he is peeping! The latest time he was recording my home while walking his dog, he let his dog go up to my fence and wait till my dogs reacted to protect the house for his video. As I pulled into my home he was standing in my parking space doing all of this, once he saw me he took off and that's when I finally told him to stop or I'll get police involved because I have cameras too and he is clearly seen stocking and harassing many times. I sent a video of him to the office only for legal purposes because I knew they wouldn't be of help. Convinced favoritism is a thing or they just respect their elders more, I've had my complaints on my dogs barking while I'm out working nights which I've been confronted on and still managed to maintain but when I call to say the neighbor across from me is lifting his weight bar to his chest and dropping it on the concrete over and over at 8am all the sudden well it's day time so most people are awake is what I got told. I said my hours are flipped so I really don't care about that statement because these are my sleeping hours. Again was told it's day time hours even after I was saying the noise is a nuisance. They've mentioned unregistered cars not being allowed to be continuously parked on property yet when I called about a car parking so close that I couldn't access the passenger side, they requested photos and told me they couldn't help me because the car is not registered with the office.. The front do and don't answer their calls but they do dismiss the call I call them with especially if it's not simple for them to fix. The front had me take down my faded red umbrella because it has to be neutral colors outside.. yet my neighbors umbrella is teal blue. Lots of negatives above but the apartment itself is comfortable, living is quiet and the pool is great.

The single dumpster for the whole apartment complex is overflows out into the parking lot most of the time, it's wild to see how much garbage builds up weekly.
