I was referred to James Brosahan, on a ADA law issue after he tried another that had failed. He was initially very intent and supportive, asked for a ton of documents, to which a ADA on fixed income is difficult. At some point he lost interest but I guess ego vs professionalism were at odds, he couldn't even have his secretary pick up the phone and say hay, we're not going to take your case after all don't waste your money copying what we requested. It was a total waste of my time (like attorneys time is the only ones that are important) it was costly on someone with a fixed income, and this attorney had no reguard. I see why he lost the first ADA case, and am glad he's not representing me as it's pretty clear he shifts like the wind without real regard for others. He may be a awesome trial attorney, but that doesn't make him a good compassionate human being. Giving people false hope especially the disabled is cruel and unusual punishment, which I'm sure he can find in his "pocket constitution" he carries around. Accolades for his achievements, some of them anyway... but that's all this attorney has. He's just another "B.A.R." Attorney with more years than the others to bump up his reputation.
My opinion don't bother with him, he wastes ones time and money. His results on the last ADA case was less than stellar anyway, a waste of time for that litigant as well. read more
