If you have been on James Ruse Drive then you will know about this place. If not, you probably live under a rock :P I find it hilarious that Repco and Super Cheap Auto are located right beside each other. On the weekend i went back and fourth at least twice between the two store so I could compare prices. Staff at Repco are very helpful and are happy to answer most of your car related questions. The store layout is very organised so you wont trip over anything! For oil filters you will need to go to the back of the store, tell the guy what type of car you have and he will get the filter for you. Compare this to Super Cheap where you have to read a book/manual to find the type of filter yourself. Customer service at Repco..tick. Knowledgeable staff , easy to find products and good prices.

I returned a head unit for replacement as they mentioned on the email, but then they decided to run a repair instead for which I was given a timeframe of maximum 2 weeks - they received it on 16th April and did not start working on it for at least 10 days. And no response to my emails to demand an update because couldn't drive without a headunit. They sent it to Pioneer for fixing and received it back on 10th May, decided to just keep it with them until 17th May for no reason and never responded to any of my emails. Kevin, the manager as well never took my emails and complaints seriously, I was promised a call back 7 times during the whole process and not even once they called me. Finally after 5 calls they dispatched it back to me and I got it back on 20th May. And guess what, it came back with an invoice so I still had no idea what have been done with it. And when I installed it again, the same problem still persisted. And they do not want to return the item and refund me. The product it still under warranty, I do not want to go through their repair process again it is very stressful. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOME PLACE BETTER.

So the next day I trundled over to the store and met with one of the sales people. They found the correct replacement bulb, ran through my price options and (get this) even installed the new headlights and parking lights for me - no service fee. As it turned out one of the replacement parking lights was defective, not an issue, the guy simply went back inside and got another one fresh from another packet. Headlights are working well. I hope they train all their staff to be as helpful and accommodating as that. Even though he was the only staff member able to look after the counter he was still able to go above and beyond.
