After…read morespeaking to one of their "licensed insurance brokers" and being reassured that I would not be charged for canceling my policy and receiving an email confirming this, I was charged over 800$ a week later. The Manager's (Nancy Barac) only explanation for this was that the "licensed insurance broker" with whom I spoke didn't know how insurance works... I find this ridiculous and would strongly recommend that nobody give Dalton Timmis there business.
