This is an update to Morgans response. They lie here too. I went directly to Delta Dental, I got a far cheaper plan that covers MORE things than the policy you "administered". All you do is the billing- you add NO value to the consumer. And by the way how would you know "ME" because you dont know my full name? So your response is your typical corporate response. I have absolute proof that you sold me a plan that was more than double the cost in premiums yet has fewer benefits than the one I can buy direct. I have the proof. The Morgan White Group, associated with Seguro Medico and QuickHealth.care is part of an Insurance Fraud Scam. Consumer beware! I was lied to by "the agent" of Seguro Medico (which called me as a result of requesting a quote at AffordableHealthPlans.org). I was told to "goto: OptiMed health.com". He tells me..."See these big companies, the trusted partners, Nationwide insurance, you have heard of them, right? -they're on your side," he chimes. "Well, that's the coverage you will be getting!" He first tried to sell me on paying the whole year upfront! $11,000. Now I know why! They take your money and run! I agreed to monthly, signed an enrollment agreement that said monthly, and then was charged WEEKLY! By the third charge, while still pending, I notified my bank. But too late for the third charge. In just three weeks, they had $4075 and turns out, when I called OptiMed directly (because the phony ID card's phone number goes to Seguro Medico...which has a minimum wait time of 60+ minutes), to verify with OptiMed what my insurance eligibility details are, they said, "first of all, you don't have a valid member ID #, we don't have your SSN in our system, second of all, Seguro Medico, DBA Quick Health, that bills their payment under the name of Morgan White Group, isn't affiliated with OptiMed Health AT ALL! And in the past, prior to an official UN-affiliation date of April 30, 2024, OptiMed only processed claims for Quick Health. OptiMed agents told me Quick Health was the insurer, but OptiMed had officially UN-affiliated with them "For numerous reasons that could not be disclosed further", which is never a good thing! Nowhere in the conversation was I disclosed the name of Quick Health. I googled Seguro Medico during my phone call, but couldn't find any history, reviews, Etc...had I been told they are really QuickHealth.care...I would have seen the BBB rating of F and multiple complaints. I'm furious to learn that #1- I was not provided with the services I was intending to purchase. #2- I was billed weekly instead of monthly...So by the time I was able to see what was happening, lots more money was fraudulently taken from me. #3, when I called the merchant to dispute the transactions (see photo for vendor phone number: 814-440-9068) it goes to a generic voicemail box and "It's full and cannot accept any messages at this time". Convenient. Morgan White Group, you have violated the Fair Credit Billing Act. And I require all the charges withdrawn fraudulently from my account to be returned to me for 1) not delivering the goods/services being sold to me- I have no health insurance for me and family, 2) incorrectly padding the charges compared to receipt, 3) unlawfully charging my card at intervals that were not agreed upon, 4) changing the merchant name without notification, yet same phone number ...that no one answers!, and if you ignore all those reasons, I expect you to honor the 30 day free look clause, 5) I'm dissatisfied with the lies, the policy doesn't seem to be real insurance, I can't get ahold of anyone at the one phone number provided...wait holds exceed 1 hour each time I try to call, and end up having to hang up before I can get an answer, the merchant name keeps changing (OptiMed, Seguro Medico, Quick Health, Morgan White Group, INSURE...???), and the policy has so many exclusions, that Albert had told me would be INCLUDED. Morgan, in regards to your response to my review, you must have trouble with your reading comprehension. As I stated in my review, you cancelled my dental insurance without any notification, no email, no letter, no calls. If that is not the definition of random, I do not know what is. When this fiasco happened, I contacted my bank to see if there was an issue with my card. My bank confirmed with me that there was no issue with my payment method. I even checked my email inbox and spam folder to see if any email notifications had been sent by you, and again, as I stated in my initial review, there were none. Issues are inevitable in business, but the fact that you have provided such poor customer service in response to this problem has pushed me to never work with or recommend you to anyone again. read more

We changed our state of residence and this company dropped our Delta Dental coverage without providing any advanced notification or explanation how to switch our coverage without losing our status of fully vested customers. While they inundated us with tons of routine communications by mail end email, they neglected to communicate with us in this important matter. Since our payments were on auto pay, we did not even notice that the coverage was gone. As a result we will be incurring large extra costs due to procedures that ware not covered and due to more limited coverage for new customers. MWG's performance was incompetent and unprofessional. I consider Delta Dental to share the responsibility for selecting such a lousy administrator. I looked for coverage from Delta Dental, I did not pick MWG. read more

They do the billing for QUICKHEALTH, QUICK HEALTH, SEGURO MEDICO. They have double and even triple charged my credit card multiple times for insurance! Getting a refund is nearly impossible. read more

For older people living abroad they can be a waste of money. They will exclude your entire cardio vascular system if you take high blood pressure medication. Any claim you do file can be scrutinized to being a pre-existing condition. I paid premiums for two years with no claims. I filed my first claim for knee surgery and it was denied. I am no longer using this company, in fact they remind me of the company in the movie Rainmaker. read more

Had insurance through Delta Dental for 11 months in 2022, but canceled due to inheriting a company plan. Went to resubscribe after switching jobs and my policy was denied and was told I was ineligible due to an "early cancellation". Cool. I get that, but I noticed a charge a couple months later. Their customer support told me it was for another company despite me sharing a screenshot with their contact information associated with the charge. Once I pushed back they then told me it was for my wife. Whether it was lazy or they were intentionally hiding that information they tried to sneak in one of my dependents despite no communication on their part after denying my coverage. Find someone else to do business with. read more

I purchased a one-year vision insurance policy. After one month, they double billed me. My account profile was also filled with inaccurate and nonsensical information regarding the policy. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I did eventually get a refund on the double billing. But then a month later, I emailed them asking if I could cancel the policy and get a prorated refund. They immediately cancelled the policy, but it's been three weeks and I haven't been refunded. I sent an email asking about it through their secure portal and never got a response. Now all of their phone numbers -- ALL OF THEM -- are disconnected. So I guess they're out of business now? Who knows. My experience with Morgan White could not be any worse. read more

All the one star reviews are right. If you see an insurance biller or broker handled by Morgan White Group, avoid them. They also make canceling a plan extremely difficult and keep billing. As evidenced by the curious Yelp reply, this "business" cares more about the quantity of subscribers than the quality of service. Warning to all americans looking for help with insurance: DO NOT use Morgan White Group as your broker! I recently moved to CA and needed to find dental insurance for me and my husband. I went online and did one of those quotes. Meridith May contacted me and I ended up selected a plan online through her company. When we went to the dentist, we were told we have no coverage, then the worst coverage, and all kinds of worrysome stuff. When I contacted Meridith for assistance, she never returned my calls or e-mails. I e-mailed her again for HELP and she referred me to a Nicole Cunningham with her company. Needless to say, Nicole never responded. Finally, I e-mailed both ladies and told them I was disappointed in both of them, that I would be contacting their corporate headquarters, and posting a bad review on Yelp. That STILL DID NOT TRIGGER ANY HELP FROM EITHER OF THEM! Well, I did contact Corporate, who didn't answer but some girl did transfer me into their "customer service" department where I talked with a Donna. She FINALLY helped me and was able to clarify everything. We are all good but I still say that this company stinks. Don't waste your time or money with them. Once they get their commission, they don't care about taking care of the customer. Search for another company that cares about their customers. Thanks for reading this.
