She sent me for proper testing and gave me a diagnosis I felt comfortable was accurate. However, after a few months of going here I was left with improved pain, but told they could not do anything further for me for the remaining pain, which was fine. I have been looking into alternative approaches to resolve my remaining pain and reached out to the doctor to get a follow up MRI. i've visited this er and hospital multiple times in the last few years due to autoimmune flares…read morethat needed immediate treatment .. 90 percent of the nurses and techs were great .. my issue is with the ER drs and the hospitalists. I have to actually request not to be seen by certain drs due to their lack of understanding of my condition and refusal to educate themselves by talking to my specialist outside of the hospital. One dr in particular Dr Goldstein is very arrogant and treats me like I am crazy whenever i have to be seen there. He tries to tell me my tests are all normal when clearly they aren't . He has the attitude of "treat em and street em". if he would take the time to actually listen to my specialist he would see that my issues are complex and beyond his scope ..but his ego won't allow him to. I tell everyone to always read your patient portal !!
