In 6 1/2 weeks I called the office every 2 - 3 days and never received a call back during that said day. I received one voice mail and one other phone call during this time period. We were then told something totally different than the initial first call. Another week went by and nothing. I have now realized this is not going to work out for us and requested my paperwork back. Although I was not being charged yet, this case of ours has been at a standstill all this time due to false hope.
