Moving is stressful, however when you find the right company that makes the stress disappear. That's exactly what Kyle and his crew did for our family. This was a big move from Virginia Beach, VA all the way down to Georgia. We agreed on a time 10am for arrival, Kyle called me 2 hours before that and told me it would be 11am. I appreciated the updated status. They arrived and moved super fast, were polite. There were no dings on the wall going down the stairs with heavy furniture and boxes. We have moved a lot of times and I have never seen that happen before. There is always damage on the walls. They came prepared with tools, blankets. We thought we could get away with just packing our tv in blankets. Kyle said no, we need a tv box. I made a quick trip to Home Depot and grabbed one to be on the safe side. I was greatly he was honest with me and wanted to protect our items. I was the point of contact here and my husband was the point of contact in Georgia since we was already there. Kyle keep him in the loop on where he was and sent screenshots for ETAs. Kyle made two stops, one at our storage unit and the 2nd at our home. When they arrived and found out the truck 26 footer wouldn't fit and they had to haul our items from the street to home, no one complained and just hustled. That's a great moving company! There are things that are out of your control and that's one of them! If you need a local company that is polite and professional please check them out! These guys are awesome, more stars are needed! I had an appointment for a Saturday move with another company that was offered on Groupon. What a mistake! There were suppose to show up at 8am so my wife waited there...all day. To make a long story short at 4pm and them promising "we will be there in 30 mins" I told her to come to the new place. We were so upset, disappointed, and mad! Especially the fact that we work during the week and had to get out of the condo this weekend. (Lesson to be learned be careful with who you pick!) I sent these guys a message around 530pm Saturday night and got a phone call a minute later. They worked with me and said they could be there Sunday (today) at 10am. They called before they arrived and were right on time. They were professional and even worked harder then I would have expected out of anyone! They provided blankets and wrap at no charge for the more delicate items. They work fast and efficient so you know they care about customer service, your money, and your time. During the whole job they had a smile on their face, it was easy paying them with a smile on ours and a hand shake at the end capped it off. After being upset yesterday didn't workout with the other company, looking back it was a blessing because I would not have wanted to use anyone else. From the reviews, it seems like Kyle and whatever helper he has, have their good days and their bad days. My first experience was decent, it was a small move, nothing expensive. The second was not so good. It was a larger move with expensive furniture. Before hand I explained to NOT damage my black frame to my bed. When they got around to moving it, I had to remind them to wrap it up. However, It still got damaged along with other pieces of furniture. Due to schedule conflicts they couldn't move my furniture one day. So I agreed to pay them for their time, $120 per hr. which came to $240. The next day they came back to complete the move and it came to $720 plus the $240 for the previous day totaling $960. I gave them $950 cash and they argued aggressively over $10. You would think after the damage to my furniture they would let the $10 go and I paid FULL price for the inconvenience of their time the previous day. If I had not been so tired I would have argued and would have given them less for damaging my furniture. Point blank they are VERY inexperienced and unprofessional. The people hanging around Home Depot would've done a much better job. Too bad I will NOT be supporting this young black mans business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. In response to Kyle: Telling the whole story seemed too drawn out. But here's the rest...NO, I did not lie. You were right there when the manager explain the elevator situation. Yes, I did use your time, but you didn't lift a thing hence the hour deduction made sense. Yes, you did help with my car, and my "BF" arrived after it was jumped. That was nice of you, just like it was nice of me to go grab you and your friend some snacks. You failed to address the damage you caused on my furniture and got upset when I pointed them out, but expected a tip. Didn't feel the need to mention petty details when the whole purpose to write reviews should be based on professionalism. Now that I'm mentioning the details, it's only making you look worse. Let's be HONEST, $10 short was a come up being that you DAMAGED a $5,000 bedframe among other things. I could've given you way less and/or take it up in claims court. But you got ALL of your money cause money wasn't the issue for me, it's was how everything was handled. Enjoy your $960 and the fact I will not pursue legally. Have a great New Year. read more

On the day of the move he and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. We had to make an additional stop in between houses at a storage unit, which was also no issue for them as well. caution please review how he responds to his customers who have a horrible is experience please take caution!!!! horrible move stepped away to handle business and they literally through my things in the storage no organization what so ever. storage was bought specifically to have extra room and they used up all the space, not because i had too many items, but because they had no type of order or care to put my things in the storage correctly. will not be booking them again and had the nerve to ask for tip because of wait time when in actuality it was rush job. they sat my dresser on its side when there was more than enough space to sit it up right. literally, soon as i opened my storage items fell out on top of me. very dissatisfied. also, requested we pay in cash because of 6% fee on cards which is not a problem, if the job would've been done properly. if you book these gentlemen please be sure to watch everything they're doing or they will literally throw your items in the storage however. had other items that needed to be added to the storage and had to find a place in the midst of all this clutter to leave it. on top of it all they broke down my bed and left my rug which clearly cannot fit in a car and was told they do not take tvs, i would have to put it in my car and bring it to the storage myself. when i move my biggest surprise will be will all my bed pieces be together when it's time for me to set it up. extremely disappointed especially since this is a black owned business. i didn't want to leave a review but the disbelief in how they thought it was okay to store my things is extremely unacceptable to say this cost me $330 for 2 hrs at most. all i can say is book these gentleman with caution. please review below kyle is completely lying in his response!
