I used more printing to print place cards and booklets for my baby s christening.
The result of my prints was lousy, with bad color representation, uneven cutting and the wrong amount of prints (ordered 30 - got 20). The prints looked like they were a sketch, and my home printer could have done this just as well.
Having had these images printed with another printer before, I am certain that it is not my files that have the wrong color information or low resolution. Another printer business were shocked with the results I showed them, when I went there to have new prints done. I am well aware that digital prints does not give an exact copy of your images, but in this case other printer businesses did manage to print my images with a much higher quality than more printing.
However, it is the service that is the most shocking part here. The employee became annoyed and angry when I asked questions about the prints and told them that I was disappointed. What happened to "the customer is always right" and a good service attitude?? After fighting with the employee, I finally got a refund, (which he picked up from his own pocket and almost threw on the table) followed by no "goodbyes" or "sorry" but simply just looking behind me, addressing the next customer. And I went out the door with my pram, getting no help with the door, angry and upset after the worst service-experience in my life. read more
