I am sure this store is good for buying camera…read moreequipment, but I brought in 1 roll of 35mm film to get developed here, and it was the worst film developing experience I have ever had. I am very surprised to have such a bad experience because this place has so many positive reviews. The film was half a month late which was an issue as I was leaving the country. The store was basically unresponsive to my emails so it was very hard to communicate with them. I was able to have my scans emailed to me, which was a relief since I was not in the country anymore. However, the scans are COVERED in dust, something a professional store that says they develop and scan film should not be sending a customer. Now I do not have my film to re-scan the photos, only dusty emailed images that I will never be able to use. Non lascio mai recensioni negative, tuttavia questa è una.
