I also appreciate how they have the covered awning for customers to clean out their vehicles without having to fry standing in the sun! The only changes I'd make are the strength of the vacuums (because they didn't pick up a lot of the particles on the cloth interior in my car) and the state of the towels. For some reason, although they were properly folded, they were all pretty damn which is not something I'm used to from other car washes I visit.
