Dr. Moran seems like a nice guy with gentle hands, but my experience at his office was negative. I found his receptionist angry and difficult on the phone, and a poor listener in person. I told her that my insurance would not cover chiropractic, but she insisted on taking all my info and billing them anyway. I went there for a simple, one-time adjustment, but instead received an overly involved and, to my experience, pointlessly long (over 45 minutes) assessment... and then an incomplete and not particularly effective treatment. Actually, once I got their bill in the mail, the point of the long assessment became clear: to increase their charges and pad my bill - which was $95 for a treatment that should have taken 10 minutes, cost $30 or $40, and been much more thorough. Again, I think the doctor seemed like a nice guy with good touch; but I don't appreciate the way he runs his office, and the way they charge feels, to me, like a blatant ripoff.
