While changing the oil they inspected my car and found a few issues with the tires I mostly knew about. He offered to send a quote to replace one or all tires & TPMS sensors ( which my 13 yr old car was needing ) I liked that they quote through a text link so you can see the cost and everything associated with the repair. You can decline the service or accept it. We talked about tires and sensors and ultimately decided to go with a better tire than quoted. They priced the cost and labor very competitively and I approved the service. There was no pressure at all during this transaction. Just information and options. I definitely was happy to find Turnage Auto Care, Tyler and Aaron. I'll be bringing both of my Hybrids to them from now on!

My fiancée then received a text from him at quarter after 12pm and rescheduled stating he'd return on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 1 pm. He texted the mechanic early in the morning because he had to work, I was home and had the keys for whenever he would return to finish the job. Fiancée was going to pay him more than what was quoted because it's a difficult model to replace. My fiancée has been a vehicle mechanic for over 20 years, has worked in dealerships, and knew exactly what needed to be done but couldn't because he injured the nerves in his hand at work. After texting the mechanic, my fiancée did not receive a confirmation text or call. The mechanic did not return to complete the job, nor did he have the courtesy to call to reschedule or explain why. After multiple attempts to get into contact with him since Saturday evening, my fiancée has given up and completed the job himself with less tools and further injured his hand in the process. If you're looking for reliability, convenience, or basic common courtesy, I DO NOT recommend H&L Mobile Services. I am grateful to my fiancée for completing a job that this mechanic was going to get paid to complete, as we have 2 children and I am currently pregnant and immunocompromised and this is our only reliable method of transportation. Had he not fixed it himself, we would be out of a vehicle for his job, our children's doctor's appointments, my doctor's appointments, and emergencies. If I had one thing to say to the mechanic that failed his client(s), I would ask why it was so difficult to return a simple phone call or text message? Why start a job and not finish it? That is all.

When I got my car back the glove box on my Lexus would not open. It was jammed shut. I had to pry it open.
