They asked what work had been done I showed them the receipt with only a charge for labor. Oil change. Maybe.. Gas? "Not a problem!" and Rob (I think that was his name) grabbed my keys. At this point my day was made. Done. Smile ear to ear. Short talk - but extremely to the point and helpful. After my oil change I pulled up to the pumps and James (the guy at the counter) came out to help me! Now THATS what I call customer service! The whole process not only took less than 25min but my day was made, and it felt a little less strenuous on my well being. Car has been running smoothly ever since.
