She was patient and kind, offered suggestions and was so attentive. I will certainly be back for any formal wear that my family needs and have told everyone of our great experience and recommended that others go there. I messaged the Facebook page two separate times with questions and both times their responses were prompt and thorough. The online booking system on the website made it easy for me to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for me, and I received a confirmation email the following day (which I gathered to be from an actual human instead of an automated response). I wanted trying on wedding dresses to be a fun and special day for me and my group of girls and One Love One Dream definitely exceeded my expectations. We had our own private room with chairs and snacks and a consultant working with us exclusively which made me feel important and that they value my business. The shop is beautiful, clean and organized. Our consultant Amanda was friendly and knowledgeable - she was so helpful through the whole process, answering questions, making suggestions, and having fun with us. They provided champagne when I said "yes" to the dress and let us have our own little celebration, I was never rushed out of the store or to the cash. In all the excitement, I left my wallet in the store and I didn't even know it, and they gave me a call to let me know they found it and that it would be waiting there safe and sound for me whenever I could come get it. I bought a sale dress off the rack that requires a couple of small repairs and I received a follow up email to assure me that it is being taken care of for me! We could not have asked for a better experience. It is so great to have such a big part of the wedding planning taken care of - and to have had a totally painless, stress-free experience. At the beginning we went in and was waiting for someone to take care of us cause no one was at the front desk. As we waiting one of the photographers came out of a room then back in to another. Then another came and the same thing happened. I get the fact that there were other customers there and they might of been confused with us but its still be nice to ask if we were with the other party... finally the first photographer decided to ask and we told them we have an appointment they apologize for neglecting us. Apology accepted. As we went though the packages for videographers and photographers, J was very friendly and nice. I can tell through both senior photographers were much more experienced then the juniors. J did not push to sell any of their packages and he was very kind to let us know how prices shown were for the seniors and if it was for the juniors it was be a different price. So far so good!

Upon entering the place it looks beautiful with the aesthetic and the entrance. My sister rents dresses from here for her special occasions and the process is quite simple. You choose the date in which you want to hold the dress for and pick it up. They're completely transparent about any damages or stains on the dresses if someone who booked the dress previously have stained it or damaged it which is nice and good to know. Called there and told them my situation and they told me to get measurements at a local tuxedo place. I gave them my measurements and picked it up two days before the wedding. Everything was provided (had my own shoes)and looked and fit good. Talked to some people at the wedding and found out that they paid as much as $100 more for the same thing. The service was great, no rush to return the next day. If I ever need a suit when I go up there, I'd go to Marty's.

The lady working there was very nice, she let us look on our own and was always there to help you clip up your dress if you needed to which is especially nice since some boutiques have the workers breathing down your neck. The place is really clean, you have to leave your shoes at the door and there's a little basket of slippers underneath one of the chairs for you to use. The dresses were organized by colours and length (long and short) and she told us not to worry too much about colour because these dresses will come in other colours if you order it. Now the dresses itself in my opinion are okay. The styles were nice and ranged around 500$ which is standard for those types of dresses and especially the brands.
