There are so many beautiful venues in our area and maybe I'm biased but The Moore Mansion has to be the best! Not just because of the beautiful venue itself but because of the outstanding and dedicated work that Sandrine and Lisette along with their families do. They are truly amazing wedding coordinators who will go above and beyond for you on your day. On your special day they will absorb all of the stress for you and make sure that your day runs flawlessly. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did for us, so many of our guests have told us that we had the best wedding they'd ever been to and guess what? Other than picking the vendors I pretty much didn't do anything lol I sat down with sandrine and lisette to make the timeline and they took care of the rest ensuring that each part of our day went according to plan. I was expecting so much more stress on wedding day based on what others had told me about their weddings but I seriously didn't worry about anything. It takes truly special people to be able to coordinate such a beautiful day and we had the absolute best and most happiest day of our lives thanks to them! REVIEW #3200! This Mansion was built as a private home in 1905 by Mr. James A. Moore. During the roaring twenties, the Mansion was a speakeasy; with secret underground tunnels and passageways which aided in "rum running." Located alongside the Columbia River, the Mansion has served as a private residence, retirement home, restaurant and special event venue. The Moore Mansion was more recently restored after being destroyed by arson fire in 2001. Gayle and I recently attended her Niece's Wedding here on a warm Saturday evening. The Wedding and associated reception were fabulous. The Bride was radiant, family and friends were joyful, the venue was stunning, and a great time was had by all. All of it was lovingly overseen by one of the Mansion owners (who live here), who later commented that we were the best dancing Weddings that she had hosted here. My only quibbles with the Moore Mansion and the event were: - Larger bathroom facilities would be nice. - The property's guest quarters could be upgraded to better would meld in with the rest of this very attractive property. - It's unfortunate that you can't easily see the Columbia river (over the levee). I also allowed myself a little bit of time for introspection while I was here. Gayle was especially gorgeous, smart, and sexy, which makes me one lucky husband! There is indeed life after divorce. And even though there are no guarantees that a given marriage will last, these events only confirm my most optimistic hopes and aspirations. I'm also reminded a a particular Star Trek: The Next Generation episode where Riker and Data are discussing trust and betrayal: Riker: "In all trust there is the possibility of betrayal. On June 20, 2015, we celebrated our Son's wedding reception with his beautiful Bride at the Moore Mansion. The Mansion and its surrounding grounds were excellently landscape with large green lawns, beautiful flowers, plants, white serving tents and dancing gazebo. The tables and white chairs were beautifully set up with very nice color combinations of linen and center pieces. It was an outdoor venue on a 84 F evening with a very large six story tree shading everyone (175 guests) perfectfully with room to spare! Debra (the owner) is an excellent event facilitator. She ran everything with clockwork expertise. No delays or the feeling of being rushed between the traditional wedding events orchestrated by their "in house DJ using an excellent acoustics system" .....re: (directing various tables to buffet line), (the toasts), (cutting the cake), (throwing the garter), (throwing the bride's bouquet), (brides & groom's first dance), (Mother & Son's Dance), (Father & Bride's Dance), and of course background music and dancing music. All of our friends and guests expressed their enthusiasm and accolades about the property, venue, event organization and just having a fantastic time at the Wedding. The Moore Mansion impressed the bride's and groom's guests from (14) different states. Job well done! read more

Embarrassing for the bride and groom. For a "mansion," the venue is quite lackluster. There is hardly any shade in the 100° Tri-City heat. There are two tiny restrooms -- not nearly enough for hundreds of guests. Worst of all are the owners. They were super-sweet to the bride, but their shallowness crept through when the bride turned away and they *yelled* at someone's kids. Loudly. The bride overhead and was mortified. So were we. I'm no parent, but I had no problem with the kids running around. (They're kids!) Worse, we later heard the female owner loudly scolding an adult for standing near her flowers. Seriously. Not *on* the flowers. Near them. It seemed surreal -- like she was kidding. But she clearly wasn't. The owners aren't in the right business. Maybe they're nice people outside of running a wedding venue. Who knows. But they're just not happy doing what they do, and it shows through despite their efforts to hide their disdain for it. The Moore mansion has potential, but until it's fixed up, has more shade trees, and the current owners leave, it's simply a place to avoid. There are plenty of better places to get married in Washington. read more

Back in April of 2022 I had an all inclusive wedding at the moore mansion. It was beautiful and i did get lot and lots of compliments about my wedding. But now every single day since my wedding i have noticed SO many things that went wrong. For starters, my veil went missing. I didn't receive it till the next day. My wedding flowers I personally bought and imported from Ukraine were thrown away because "nothing of value was kept. everything was thrown away that didn't look like it had any monetary value. Before the wedding, like the day before, I was asked if I wanted to be rushed to get things done or if i wanted to take my time and have guests stay for a while. I of course wanted to take my time. Nope, I was rushed the entire time. My guests couldn't hear anything during my ceremony due to the speakers cutting out so bad and the microphones barely worked. Then my guests were rushed into the pavilion and had loud music blaring the entire time during cocktail hour. As my now husband and I go into the house with my MOH and my husbands BestM to sign our wedding certificate while cocktail hour goes on everything goes smoothly, we sign it, and start to head out. All of the other bridesmaids and grooms men were told they could use the Groomsroom. which the had access to for not even 5 mins, and then were told to leave. My MOH tries to go in to get a tampon for obvious reasons and all of the doors are locked and she has no way in. She comes to tell me and I ask the owner to unlock the doors and she straight up snapped at my MOH and goes "why didn't you go while they were signing the marriage license?!" uhhh because she was a witness and she had to sign it. Dinner is served, we sit down. Music was super loud and some weird remixes that i didn't approve of. which shouldn't have happened at the beginning of my wedding with a playlist of over 150 songs. I could have just shuffled my apple playlist at that point. The coordinator comes up to my husband and I and asks if there will be toasts. We said yes, that a few people had prepared toasts. I was needed for photos and after the photos I was hoping for the toasts to happen. Nope. first dance. all the scheduled dances. no one came out or knew we were dancing. go back inside, toasts? nope. sparklers? nope those are missing. do my bouquet toss, half my guests of 50 leave. Several of my guests had also told me and WITNESSED the bartenders drinking MY alcohol that I bought. Not just taste testing. Glasses full. Told me i couldn't take shots because it wasn't on MY menu. THE BRIDE!!! Told us we couldn't drink outside, only inside and served by the bartenders no BYOA. Was told everyone had plenty to drink when guests were complaining they weren't getting enough and were cut off. Guests also complained of lack of announcements. But, Beautiful pictures. nice location. read more

If you are in need of a beautiful venue with staff that will help direct your special day, I would fully recommend The Moore Mansion. I recently had my wedding this weekend at this wonderful venue and the owners were so wonderful! Throughout the entire process up to the day of my wedding I was helped with ideas for our wedding, services that could be offered, and on the day I was able to relax and know that everything was being taken care of by the Mansion staff. It was amazing to be able to relax and have fun and just not stress at all on my big day. I truly loved the Mansion and there staff! Seriously, this venue is the best! read more

After researching and pricing MANY venues in the Tri-Cities area, I found the perfect venue with the Moore Mansion. Debra is nothing short of AMAZING, and simply wonderful to work with. I was planning a wedding in Washington from California, and Debra was always quick to respond to my questions. She loves what she does and goes out of her way to make sure everything flows smoothly on your special day. She has beautiful linens to choose from, well manicured grounds that photograph beautifully (save money on floral arrangments with this venue!), and perfect lighting on the grounds. DJ services are included in the venue fee as well, which made things so much simpler for me. Having all the tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting, DJ, and more taken care of for one price was a huge stress relief and I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Debra. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. Staff was an absolute dream to work with--met with us plenty in advance, was incredibly flexible on the day of, did anything they could think of to make things easier on us. The entire experience was so much less stressful because of the Mansion's involvement. That they had worked with our caterer before and supplied the DJ meant we barely had to talk to our vendors at all; all the coordination just happened without us. I can't overstate how much you get for your money at the Mansion, and the money all goes back into the Mansion, making it better for the next couple and for non-profit events hosted in the Tri-Cities. On top of all that, the venue was *gorgeous*. Not one person at our wedding had a bad thing to say about it, despite it being an over-100 degree day. Nearly a year later, we still get comments about how beautiful the venue was. We didn't supply any flowers--the Mansion doesn't need any. So we saved a ton by not having a florist at all. One of the owners is a veteran, and offered to make the area a no-cap zone so my in-uniform Marine little brother could take his cap off. They supplied all the linens for the tables, all the chairs, and extra tables for us and our caterers. My husband and I went to look at the Mansion first, and meet with the owners, and left the meeting cancelling all our other venue appointments, because we knew we had found the perfect venue. I went to the Moore Mansion for a family members wedding. While waiting for things to start, my Wife and I decided to walk around. We saw an interesting flower in the garden and went over to take a picture of it. I got the camera out, and was closing in to line up the shot, when out of nowhere the lady running the place stormed up to me, and in front of everyone, started yelling at me and accusing me of trying to steal her flower and damaging her venue. I told her I was only trying to take a picture, and had not touched anything. She told me she knew what I was up to, and has twenty more weddings scheduled, and doesn't need me ruining it for everyone else. I was married at Moore Mansion in Pasco, WA on September 9, 2017. I had initially ruled it out during my search, as I had a DJ friend I wanted to DJ my wedding. My husband and I decided to attend a Brides' Night Out event to find a photographer, etc. We instantly fell in love with this venue. Deb Peck was so amazing. She gave us a tour of the mansion and we knew Moore Mansion was our venue. Deb was so easy to work it. She was so responsive to my calls and emails. She was very accommodating to my schedule and budget. The venue itself is beautiful! They have a new addition on the property with newly built restrooms, which are amazingly beautiful. Deb really puts care and work into the property and landscape. The DJ is built into the cost of the venue. Caleb (the DJ) was so easy to work with and listened to everything we wanted as far as music. He was so attentive. The day of the wedding Deb was absolutely amazing to us. She was very nurturing and catered to my every need, even making sure I had something to eat (was nervous and didn't eat anything all day). Noelle was the coordinator for the wedding procession and schedule of events. She was so sweet and ensured that everything ran smoothly. My husband and I did not have to worry about one thing on our day. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Deb Peck and her team at Moore Mansion were to us.
