Short version: Stopped here when falling asleep on the way to Dallas. Long version: The last time I stopped here was after a very very long drive from Kansas City to Dallas when I was already half asleep. I was literally falling asleep on the road and it was very dangerous so I pulled in here and had a nap. What a lovely nap it was. I was a little freaked out because I was way too tired to be driving, but this nap sorted me right out. Nothing bad happened, and I got some gas afterwards which was nice. Then I went to pick up the Goddess from the Dallas bus station. She should not be riding the bus. I'm aware of this. But when it's the only way to get a porn star to you (she doesn't drive unless I drive her), you do it. Am I right. Anyway it's a good gas station and fuel was priced about average. It's a little remote and scary in the middle of the night though. Definitely 5 stars because I have good memories of it from several stops here now.

While the meat and cheese looked delightful as ever, my happy memory was tainted by the man working behind the deli counter who, the entire 20 minutes or so that I was browsing, talked loudly, crassly, and nonstop, using the F word among other swear words. I hope the company can train workers to be aware that when customers are present, they really need to watch how they speak. I am free with cuss words myself, but never in a customer-service role and this guy was over the top. It was as though he was performing the role of asshole. I felt sorry for his coworker.
