Recently I volunteered to gift very dear friends flowers for their small wedding reception, just 10…read moredays ahead of the date.  I called one florist - all booked up, no conversation.  Then I contacted Victorian Gardens.  Elizabeth called me back and we spoke about 3-4 tables in a private restaurant room, and how we might have simple yet elegant plants for centerpieces.  Elizabeth suggested orchids in pots, with instructions for ongoing care - how thoughtful.  After a couple short calls we finalized colors and arrangements, delivery, and we're good to go. The day before the wedding, I called to confirm that delivery arrangements were made and all was seat to go.  Yes, it was, Eugene confirmed.   The day of the wedding, we arrived at the restaurant to find beautiful orchids on the tables, elegantly potted with care instructions.  The newly  wedded couple was so happy with the plants, and the feedback from guests was the same.   Everyone who was willing to take home an orchid did so, none wasted.   What a wonderful investment in our friends' future! Elizabeth and Eugene came through for us in a short time with epic results!   What more can one ask for? I highly recommend this florist!

They offered to deliver another bouquet due to me being unhappy with it. I would like to clarify that it is a beautiful bouquet, however judge for yourself if you feel that is $75 worth of flowers. The $90.25 that was charged was $75 for flowers, $10 for delivery and the rest was tax. We have used this florist in the past and received a nice bouquet. I do now know how much that bouquet was. However my husband ordered flowers for me to be delivered while I was working as a surprise for Valentines day. I work from home and have a typical 9-5 hour schedule. When he got home at 6pm and we were talking he asked "didn't you get something today" I said no and we waited. It was 7:45 PM before my flowers came. My husband ordered these flowers Friday prior to Valentines day. We live in a gated community and he even called the guard to tell them that the flowers were coming to please let them in without. He was promised they would be delivered in the "Afternoon". When the lady finally showed up at 7:45 she stated that all 3 numbers he gave her were wrong. He gave my cell, his cell and my office number and was told only if needed to get in touch with me. Well I did have 2 missed calls on my office phone at 7:30 - however I walk out of my office at 5pm. Not sure why it was not delivered in the afternoon, nor how the cell #s could have been wrong as we have had the same cell phone numbers for about 8 years so I doubt it was given to them wrong. Now for the bouquet itself. This is what was delivered for a cost of $90.25 !!! I have ordered $50 bouquets delivered to my stepdaughter to her job and Boca that looked better than this. Sadly we wont be using them again.
