Lynn dealt with my bullying ex and his unreasonable attorney (both gifted with great verbosity); she listened to them to learn their few strengths and many weaknesses and used them all to help me get a better outcome for my case. Her understanding of family law, court, and the Judge assigned to my case and how to use it all to my best advantage was perfect. For women who are dealing with custody and 50B issues: Lynn will GO TO BAT for you and make sure you stay protected AND help you protect your child(ren). We never seem to need a lawyer in the best of times. It is only when we find ourselves facing a…read morechallenging time in our lives that we seek out the help of people like Mr. John McCabe. I can easily confirm and recommend the services of the Law Office of John McCabe to anyone that finds themselves in the need of legal help. Clearly Mr. McCabe is an expert in his field and he has surrounded himself with an excellent and equally expert support team. From my initial call into their office until my case was resolved, I felt a genuine care and concern from everyone I spoke with. I found Mr. McCabe to be more of a partner with me in support of my legal situation. He was very much an advocate to both me and my case. What I mean by that is he did a great job making sure I understood what was going on every step of the way in very simple terms that I could understand, not just in legal speak. He also helped me to set a reasonable expectation for the outcome of my case and managed that expectation along the way. My idea of what I would accept as a settlement was really not appropriate for my injury and Mr. McCabe helped me to understand what was more realistic and why. The way he helped me reset my expectations was great and put me at ease. There is a reason that Mr. McCabe has won the awards and recognition that he has. He is the kind of lawyer and this is THE law firm you want on your side. The state of North Carolina should be proud that Mr. McCabe has chosen to practice law within their legal system. Without reservation, I fully recommend the Law Office of John McCabe. Thank you John! DCU
