Our experience with MoonWalkers was only positive. We will definitely use this company for future birthdays or special occasions in the future. We reserved the 3in1 combo for our son's birthday a month in advance. The owner showed up exactly when he said he would; set up the unit with help from his employee and provided complete instructions for use. Not only did Moonwalkers drop it off on schedule, it was picked-up in a timely manner with no difficulties. Completely professional. The 3in1 combo is usually a dry unit but the owner installed a sprinkler system on the unit to make it a wet slide, which was extremely useful on a hot summer day. The kids absolutely loved it and appreciated the extra effort the owner went through to make this kid's party amazing for everyone. Thank you, Moonwalkers, for a wonderful product and service! I would never use Moon Walkers again. I feel like this one man company could use some help, and new equipment. I called months in advance to reserve a snow-cone machine, clown bounce house, and a color coordinating slide for my son's first birthday party that was a carnival/circus theme. The day that I was on my way to get the items, I received a call that the clown bounce house was not in rental condition. When I got to his house to pick the items up he had the clown bounce house blown up so I could see the imperfections, and honestly it looked like junk, so I am not sure why he couldn't have called sooner to let me know, or told me when I called to reserve the items. He told me he was going to upgrade me to a larger slide (a pirate slide); well for a one year old's party, getting a bigger slide was not an "upgrade" to me. Also, the snow cone machine was missing all of it's glass, and the sign on the top was broken, but at least it did work, it just looked like crap! Then he told my husband if he was not home/available when he brought the items back to use his tractor to unload them, well he had it stashed in his shed where you could not get to it, so he had to unload the items himself, and they are not easy to maneuver, especially with one person. read more
