However, I cannot recommend her after working with her. She lacks in both responsiveness (i.e. would often have to ask her a question several times over days to get an answer; would not receive callbacks when she said she would call), and in professionalism (i.e. explaining she was calling back hours later than she'd said she would because she "went to the store"; discussing things while also tending to her young children in the background; not having any idea what the needed number was on the meter for the electric company; asking me if I had scissors available to take the real estate sign off of our house.) None of these things were huge but they added up throughout the transaction, and her nonchalant attitude made us feel as if she were spending her time tending to clients that were a bigger pay off. She appears to have good reviews in the past so I wonder if she is taking on more than she can handle(?) We aren't nasty people, but I think these things should be known so that others can get the good customer treatment they deserve.
