First things first: the bakery downstairs is a separate business from the restaurant upstairs. The bakery does have honest bread, some made with sourdough starters, no additives, pretty good. Careful with the little rolls, though. Clients can put their hands on them to feel if they are warm! Eww. I saw this myself. The restaurant upstairs is open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, and light soups and sandwiches for dinner (so the opposite of what you would expect in the US). Meats are usually overcooked, so beware. Dried out chicken, lamb, and roasts are the norm. On the other hand, a nice, fresh, salad and fruit selection. The rice and bean dishes are good. read more
