We first visited this Montblanc in summer 22 while they were under construction, so there wasn't much of a selection to view. It was my bf's goal to come back this year and purchase the pen of his dreams. We stopped in immediately after they opened the gates to allow us in. I truly wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who assisted us. He ordered us espressos and snacks while I sat in a very comfortable chair and my bf selected his perfect pen. We had lots of fun questions about the different pens, and were surprised with a visit upstairs to view the private collection of extremely rare Montblanc pens. Returned again this year and had another great experience. Staff helped us purchase their last of the limited edition Walt Disney ballpoints they had in stock and packaged it beautifully and prepared the tax-free paperwork. English was easily spoken and staff were great! read more

After being snubbed by French employees I was helped by an Asian employee (I think she wanted the sale). I loved this store the employee took the time in helping me find a pen in my price range. I had it engraved and boxed within an hour!!! I am not a pen collector, but am enthusiastic about quality pens. Love Mont Blanc. read more
