We went with the Wi-Fi and he came back a few days later to install. He did great work and ensured that the app was working. The tree that killed our sprinkler head required him to cut the root of the tree. I could not believe the size of what he pulled out. Such a great guy and looked to make sure that the entire yard was in good shape.

I had Matt B (Nephew of Jim - Owner) at my home yesterday to service our 8 zone system as our Rain Bird System had an error code. He came out assessed we had a dead solenoid, as well as some heads that required service, and a necessary new pipe and irrigation installation. His initial estimate was on the high end but he later explained to me that it was secondary to potential increase in time (charge by hour), should they encounter tree roots, etc. Made sense to me. The eventual price was quite competitive. I had already written a check for the high end estimate, and gave it to him. When he finished the job, he actually handed it back to me telling me the bill would be ~ $100 less! He could have totally kept the extra money and I would not have known differently.
