The referral consists of a business card with a referral package which is a great deal. For 40$ you get a consultation complete with an x-ray. I did have to schedule a separate appointment to go over the x-ray but it was also my first adjustment appointment. So far it has been one adjustment and my "broken neck" is no longer broken. I am looking forward to my next 5 sessions!My copay was only $40 per session and my HSA covers it. Parking is great since this location is at a shopping center.

Found out the cost after my insurance paid and it was too much. The guy got me a loan for part and set up a payment plan for the rest. They started my treatment the same day after my loan approval. They ran me through the cycle. No one introduced themselves to me, they just went to work. I had to ask the PTA the her name and the names of the chiropractor and nurse. No one stressed the importance of doing the strength exercises at home. They just gave me the papers. I saw a nurse, chiropractor, and physical therapy assistant (PTA). No Physical Therapist and No medical doctor. Everyone was nice and friendly. At the end, on your last day of treatment they give you a survey. I let them know how I genuinely felt. After the survey the nurse sat me in an exam room to let me know she read my survey. This was uncomfortable. She seemed offended, when she said she hoped she was not a person who did not introduce herself to me before getting to work on me. She was. The chiropractor seemed annoyed and decided not to reposition my legs to the same length. He said, "there even." I immediately thought to myself, "that's a lie." I am not sure why they thought it was a good idea to confront me about my survey. The last time I went to the office to make a payment the whole staff stood in a line as if they were ready to fight. I had no idea why. It was awkward. I paid my bill and left w/o incident. The visit was akward. They missed charging my cc for two months then tried to charge it three times in one day as a result of their mistake. I do feel better than before I went there. So their process is able to relieve pain. However, they need to work on their customer service skills.
